The menu at On Rodeo Bistro & Lounge includes a creative California twist on classic French favorites with culinary offerings such as the Beverly Hills Lobster Club Sandwich, Steak Frites, Crab Eggs Benedict and Roasted Jidori Chicken. The On Rodeo Bistro & Lounge also debuts a handcrafted cocktail menu crafted by award-winning bar chef Matthew Biancaniello, celebrated for his unique style which features farm-fresh produce. Specialty libations such as the Kentucky Bubblebath, Scottish Beekeeper, The Last Word and Sage Heaven feature organic, farm-to-glass ingredients such as sage, arugula, laphroaig, cacao nibs and cynar from local farmers and producers.
