Requirements:

Reviews all incoming reservations, pre-registers/pre-blocks rooms and monitors VIP's packages, and pre-assigned/pre-registered groups.

Insures prompt and courteous arrival and departures of guests.

Responds to customer requests for information about the hotel and community.

Assists in training of Guest Service Agents.

Arranges fulfillment of guest request by working with bell staff, housekeeping, reservation and room service.

Candidate must have minimum 2 years experience in Mgmt. and/or Supervisory role at FOH in hospitality field

Opera Experience a plus

Must have professional demeanor and appearance
